I got into a car accident after moving to New York. The car was totaled, and not only did I have to buy a replacement car as soon as possible, I had to transfer my license and insurance to New York State. I was happy and surprised to find that Rick had lower premiums for both my home and auto insurance, while giving better coverage. I recently met Rick and learned he was in the insurance business. Checking out other insurance companies was on my to-do list, so I decided to have him run the numbers. A simple email with my current coverage is all it took. Rick got back to me quickly with hard quotes. I was extremely surprised he was able to get us more coverage while saving us over $600 a year between homeowners and auto insurance. Rick came to our house fully prepared with all the paperwork. He also worked out an effective date, so a traffic violation my wife had would not have a negative affect on the policy premium. Rick knows what he's doing and it shows. Very proactive throughout entire process. Rick's strength is being service oriented without being "pushy" on the sales side. Ended up with better coverage with significant cost savings compared to my current auto and home policies. We have peace of mind that Rick is there should something happen. After more than 8 years with USAA Homeowners Insurance, we decided to consider other options. Rick responded first to my on line inquiry for premium quotes and I was amazed that the same coverage was half the cost! The best part is that Rick is local and I now have an agent who I can actually shake hands with or call as compared to all business by phone and fax with a stranger. So far we've experienced excellent customer service and will consider moving more of our insurance business to Rick. Thank you Rick!

I am extremely satisfied with Rick's service. He has been my agent for several years now and he has done an excellent job price wise as well as providing great service. Recently I was hit by a lady and the insurance company had trouble getting a hold of her to get me my money to fix my vehicle. The service I received from Rick is the one that I thought doesn't exist anymore. I was never serviced by an insurance agents before but I assumed that it creates more hassle than convenience, in terms of availability, knowledge, etc..My auto insurance was always through Geicko and I was convinced that it is the cheapest. So I accidentally picked Rick (probably because he had his website and I had a chance to look for information that Sunday evening). Next day I received reply from Rick with quotes for the home and auto insurance that were significantly lower than I expected. I then decided to use his services. He was so quick and efficient with providing all the information to the Loan Officer. The whole thing just worked seamlessly. It is amazing. I felt like I am his only customer and he is always there for me, and knows what is he doing. I feel very lucky that I chose him and not someone else. Thank you for the great friendly and professional service, and thank you for saving us money!

I did a lot of comparison shopping before buying my first homeowners insurance policy. Not only was Rick's premium the best compared to similar policies, he also had the highest level of customer service as well. I can't be happier with Rick and his level of service. I switched to Rick a few years ago to handle my insurance. In September my neighbors tree fell onto one of my trees and landed in my back yard, their insurance agent never even looked at the mess. Rick came right over. I came home two days later to see Rick with his chain saw cutting up the tree trunks that were left as I had no chain saw. I'd like to see a Gecko do that! I recommend Rick any chance I get.

We are very pleased with how we've been treated by Rick since he became our agent. Rick is great to deal with and easy to get a hold of. It's nice to know your local agent and have that relationship backed up by a reliable insurance company. I've (unfortunately) had to make 2 auto claims and have found Rick easy to deal with & claims simple to process with only a phone call. While it is not fun to make a claim, at least the process was painless. I was even pleasantly surprised to have my deductible refunded when they found the other driver from a hit & run accident!

Rick answered all my questions and what I liked best was that he pointed out areas of coverage and deductibles where what I previously had may not have been the best choice. This was done both to decrease the premium but also where a small premium increase could make more sense. I would recommend Rick to anyone needing insurance.
